Olivia Knox, MA, Adults/Adolescents 13+
Olivia holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Truett McConnell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emmanuel College. She has worked in the mental health field since 2016 and brings both experience and intentionality to her clinical work.
Olivia approaches counseling with a deep belief that healing begins through understanding and authentic connection. Her therapeutic style integrates attachment-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused frameworks, allowing her to meet clients where they are while gently exploring the patterns that shape thoughts, emotions, and relationships. She works primarily with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, supporting greater stability, self-understanding, and emotional growth.
Faith is an important influence in Olivia’s life and informs the care she provides with humility and compassion. She views counseling as a calling and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward restoration and wholeness.
Olivia is clinically supervised by Brooke Atkinson, LPC, CPCS.
