As co-founder of ARC Counseling, Lisa’s heart for ARC is to create a practice that feels warm and welcoming—a place where clients and team members can slow down and feel connected and human together in an increasingly disconnected and automated world.

Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in the counseling field. She brings a diverse professional background to her counseling work, with prior experience spanning legal settings, corporate environments, small business ownership, and adventure-based industries, shaping a grounded, dynamic, and creative clinical perspective.

Lisa works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, OCD, personality disorders, faith and religious angst, high-conflict divorce, caretaker stress, and life transitions related to post-career identity and retirement. Her therapeutic approach is attachment-informed and psychodynamic, emphasizing insight, emotional depth, and relational understanding.

Drawing on both clinical training and real-world experience, Lisa offers thoughtful, steady support to clients facing complex personal and relational challenges.
