Brooke founded ARC Counseling to create a place where individuals and couples can find healing through faith-based, attachment-informed counseling delivered by a strong and thoughtfully supported clinical team.
A Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, Brooke brings more than a decade of clinical counseling experience and over 20 years working in trauma-related fields. Her career includes leadership roles across crisis, outpatient, and community behavioral health services, shaping her commitment to accessible, effective care and the development of healthy clinical environments. Her work is grounded in attachment theory and evidence-based practices, with a focus on helping people and relationships move toward lasting restoration and change.
While Brooke continues to see a limited number of clients, much of her work now centers on supervising and mentoring clinicians, strengthening the quality of care provided throughout ARC Counseling, and helping build services that support long-term healing within families and communities. She is also devoted to developing clinicians and expanding opportunities for learning through professional training and conference speaking on trauma, attachment, and relational healing.
